First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I’d like
to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you
center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out
how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

I have started using it as my notebook for my novel too. It is sooooo useful. I have been following Kate Forsyth’s pins on pintrest too. It’s just such an exciting way of collecting inspiration and I love the insight into other writer’s minds.

Hi Melina, when are you going to write another High Fantasy book? I love love The Lumatere Chronicles. Argh!

Excellent insight, Melina – it’s online collecting, scrapbooking in the old sense, isn’t it. (Actually, I treat facebook like that too – all those wise and/or funny posts.) Confess I still cut stuff out of papers though. I’m sure an ipad will even cure that too.
